… warranty period proposed by the participant (minimum 12 months) from the date of installation, installation, commissioning, adjustment and testing of the equipment. Deadlines for implementation: - The term for delivery of the equipment is up to 6 (six) months from the signing of the contract for the execution of the public procurement. - The term for installation, installation, commissioning, adjustment and testing of the equipment is up to 30 (thirty) days from the date of delivery, certified by a delivery acceptance report. - The training period for the staff of the contracting authority to work with the supplied equipment is up to 5 (five) days from the date of installation and commissioning of the equipment, certified by the Protocol for installation and commissioning. - The warranty period of the equipment should be at least 12 (twelve) months from the date of installation, installation, commissioning, adjustment and testing of the equipment. Place of performance: 1113 Sofia, Akad. G. Bonchev, Block 10, Institute of Electrochemistry and Energy Systems “Acad. Evgeni Budevski” – Bulgarian Academy of Sciences (IEES-BAS). Pursuant to Article 104(2) of the Public Procurement Act, when conducting the procedure, the evaluation of the technical and price proposals of the participants will be carried out before the pre-selection (the so-called reverse order). The actions of the Commission will be carried out in the sequence provided for in Article 61 of the PPZOP. The activities for the implementation of the public procurement are funded by the Program “Research, Innovation and Digitalization for Smart Transformation” 2021-2027, co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund, in implementation of the project “Development and Sustainability of the Competence Center HITMOBILE”, ADBFP No BG16RFPR002-1.014-0009.
