The Contractor is obliged to deliver the subject of the contract to the Ordering Party's headquarters, however, the Ordering Party requires the Contractor to agree in detail on the date and conditions of delivery with the Ordering Party and inform it at least 2 working days in advance about the planned date of delivery to the e-mail address: [email protected]. 6. The Ordering Party indicates that the delivery date may fall only on the following days: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., excluding public holidays. Delivery on other days is possible only after acceptance of the deadline by the Ordering Party. 7. The Contractor may not change the model of the equipment proposed in the tender or its price during the performance of the contract. Allows the possibility of changing the equipment model only in the case of withdrawal from production of a given equipment model, which should be confirmed by a statement of the manufacturer. In this case, the offer price remains unchanged. Guarantee requirements 1. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to provide a quality guarantee for the delivered equipment for a minimum period of 24 months from the date of signing the equipment acceptance protocol and 24 months of the warranty period. Both periods are equated. At the same time, it is possible to extend both the warranty period and the warranty period. In this case, the Contractor may be awarded a higher number of points during the evaluation of the tenders, in accordance with the tender evaluation criteria.
