… the part of the Ordering Party, including equipped with all consumable fluids and fuel; 3) providing the necessary technical description (in Polish), 4) providing along with the order the instructions required to operate the vehicle chassis, firewall and installed devices and equipment in Polish and a set of documents necessary to register the vehicle, 5) marking the car in accordance with Annex 1, 6) training of persons indicated by the Ordering Party in the field of economic vehicle operation (ecodriving). The Contractor shall bear the costs of any material necessary to carry out the training. 4.3. General requirements for the subject of the contract: 1) a built-in and equipped vehicle must meet the minimum requirements according to the regulations: a) the Road Traffic Act of 20 June 1997 (consolidated text: Dz. (d) standards: PN-EN 1846-1 and PN-EN 1846-2 or equivalent standards, e) the vehicle must have a valid certificate of approval for use in fire protection in Poland issued on the basis of the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 20 June 2007 on the list of products used to ensure public safety or to protect health and life and property, as well as the rules for issuing the approval of these products for use (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2007, No 143, item 1002, as amended)., (f) the certificate of approval delivered at the latest on the day of receipt of the vehicle, (g) the vehicle must be marked with the operational numbers of the State Fire Service in accordance with Order No 6 of the Commander-in-Chief of the State Fire Service of 8 May 2025 on transport management in organisational units of the State Fire Service. 4.4.
