Collection and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate on which municipal waste is generated from the area of the Andrychów Commune

… municipal waste generated in the Andrychów Commune from owners of inhabited real estate, non-residential real estate and real estate, which in part constitute real estate inhabited by residents, and in part real estate inhabited by non-residents and their transport to development sites; 2.2 implementation of additional services consisting in the reception, transport and management of bio-waste forming part of plants derived from the care of green areas and gardens; 2.3 management of collected municipal waste from property owners from the Andrychów Commune. 3. The scope and description of the services covered by the contract are set out in detail in the scope and scope of the subject matter of the contract, which is attached as Annex 1 to the description of the subject matter of the contract. 4. The Contractor is obliged to perform the order on the terms and conditions described in the draft contract. 10. Method of settlement of the subject of the contract: 10.1 The detailed rules for the settlement of the parties for the performance of the subject of the contract are set out in Sections 3 and 4 of the draft contract annexed to the tender specifications. 10.2 As indicated by the Ordering Party in the offer form, i.e. Annex 1 to the contract, the amount of municipal waste and the amount of bags of bio-waste constituting parts of plants derived from the care of green areas and gardens intended for collection as part of additional services constitute the basis for calculating the offer price. They should be treated as estimated - they may change according to the actual amount of waste received by the Contractor and the actual demand for additional services. The contracting authority is entitled to reduce or increase the amount of waste between different types of waste. This should be understood as increasing the amount of one type of waste while reducing the amount of another type of waste. A change in the amount of waste will not be treated as an amendment to the contract if it does not result in exceeding the total maximum value of remuneration for the performance of the subject of the contract. The above provisions apply to both the basic and optional orders. 10.3 As part of the subject of the contract, the Ordering Party is entitled to exercise the right of option (hereinafter also referred to as the Option) on the terms and procedure described below: a) As part of the performance of the Contract, the Ordering Party is entitled to commission the Contractor with an additional material scope of services the same (similar) as described in the Terms of Reference. Services that are the subject of the Option may be ordered in a quantity that will not exceed 40% of the total value of the subject of the basic contract determined in accordance with § 3 sec. 2 contracts; b) The basis for launching the contract within the scope of the option right will be the real needs of the Ordering Party and guaranteed financial resources. Activation of the option right may take place when the amount of the contract allocated to the execution of the basic order is used.
