The subject of the order is the purchase of a heavy rescue and firefighting car intended for the Volunteer Fire Brigade in Jarnołtów. The material scope of the subject matter of the contract includes in particular: 1) the delivery of a brand-new heavy rescue and firefighting vehicle – hereinafter referred to as ‘the vehicle’, 2) the provision of the necessary technical description (in Polish), 3) the delivery, together with the order, of the instructions required to operate the vehicle in Polish and a set of documents necessary to register the vehicle, 4) the training of persons indicated by the Contracting Authority in the use of the vehicle and equipment covered by the contract. The Contractor shall bear the costs of any material necessary to carry out the training.
