1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of one piece of heavy tandem transport trailer with equipment. 2. The subject of the contract must be carried out within the scope and in accordance with the requirements set out in the tender specifications, in particular in Annex 1 to the tender specifications entitled: ‘Description of the subject-matter of the contract’ and in accordance with the applicable rules. Detailed requirements for the performance of the contract are also set out in Annex 7 to the ToR, entitled: ‘Draft provisions of the Agreement’. 3. The contracting authority requires the contractor to provide at least 24 months of guarantee and warranty (the warranty period will be equated with the warranty period) from the date of receipt of the subject of the contract (without the mileage limit). The detailed conditions required for the guarantee are set out in Annex 7 to the ToR, entitled: ‘Draft provisions of the Agreement’.
