The supply of natural gas should be carried out in accordance with applicable law, in particular under the conditions laid down in the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997 (consolidated text: of Laws 2026, item 43, as amended), the Civil Code and the implementing regulations issued on their basis. The municipality of Liszki, as a public administration unit, is exempt from excise duty. The gas will be used for its own needs. 3. For the purposes of the present procedure, the Contracting Authority assumed an expected consumption of natural gas over a one-year period of 3 356 801 kWh (with a conversion factor of 11,129 kWh/m3). 5. The Ordering Party's gas installation is connected to the gas network belonging to the Distribution System Operator: Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Tarnów, ul. Wojciech Bandrowski 16. The current supplier of gaseous fuel is: Unimot Energia i Gaz Sp. z o.o., with its registered office: Aleje Jerozolimskie 142B, 02-305 Warsaw. 6. The Contractor undertakes to terminate comprehensive contracts concluded for an indefinite period. 7. A detailed description and method of performance of the contract includes the description of the subject of the contract (OPZ), constituting Annex 10 to the tender specification.
