The subject matter of the contract must be carried out in such a way as to ensure that appropriate recycling rates are achieved, that waste is prepared for reuse and recovery by other methods and that the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent for landfill is reduced, in accordance with the provisions of the Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities Act of 13 September 1996 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2024, item 399 as amended).
