… for a period of 30 days. 1.4. Collection of separately collected raw material waste from indicated educational institutions, where the collection is carried out as part of environmental education. NOTE - A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in the model contract and in the OPZ, which are annexes to the tender specification. 2. CPV Common Procurement Vocabulary: 90500000-2, 90511000-2, 90533000-2 3. The subject of the contract has not been divided into lots. The contracting authority does not allow the submission of partial tenders. It is a homogeneous contract and the municipality is not divided into sectors that could be served by different entities. 4. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of variant offers and in the form of electronic catalogues. 5. The contracting authority shall not provide for the award of the contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(b) CTMR. 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Act 6. Pursuant to Article 95(1) 1 Public Procurement Act The contracting authority requires employment by the contractor, subcontractor or further subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship, within the meaning of the Labour Code Act of 26 June 1974 (Journal of Laws No. of Laws 2026, item 1245), persons performing the following activities in the scope of performance of the contract: according to § 14 of the model contract - a driver, an impurity loader, a person supervising the work and operating the BDO. 7. Detailed requirements for the implementation and enforcement of the requirement of employment on the basis of an employment contract are set out in the Model Agreement, which is annexed to the ToR.
