Pursuant to Article 55 of the Administration and Accounting Regulation and Article 71 of Legislative Decree No 36/2023, the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Republic has launched an open procedure for the award of software licences for the management system for perimeter security equipment. The Administration reserves the right to award in the presence of only one valid tender; The Administration also reserves the right not to award the contract in the case referred to in Article 108(10) of Legislative Decree No 36/2023. The sole project manager is Gabriele Barbagallo.
