Receipt, transport and treatment of bulky items in the Cannes basin · This contract concerns the reception, sorting, transport and treatment of bulky items resulting from collections carried out by SMED member authorities in the Cannes sector. The bulky items are mainly bulky objects and waste that come, in particular, from bulky items collected by appointment by the municipal or inter-municipal technical services of the SMED area or via voluntary intake points, wild deposits collected on public roads and undesirable refusals from the SMED treatment outlets (Centre de Valorisation Organique (CVO) du Broc and ISDND of the SPL ‘Vallon des Pins’). The place of receipt of bulky items and the processing site will be designated by the Contractor in Annex 1 to the technical brief (framework for reply) sent when submitting his tender.
