The access and exit for construction site traffic takes place in the north from Massenheimer Weg. Here, traffic is closed from the fire brigade entrance of the Saalburg School and a dead end is formed. Signage is on site. The construction area and the crane are to be erected in the north of the construction site. The new building is planned with 3 rising full floors with flat roof and the dimensions of about 30m x 30m. Due to the inclined terrain situation, a partial basement is planned in the southern area, which also allows ground-level access from the existing JFK school. The development of the Saalburg School is planned on the ground floor via a spacious staircase from the existing playground. For the technical central ventilation, another stepped floor with a hipped roof with a wooden structure is built in the attic. The clinker straps with the WDVS can be executed directly after installing the windows. On the construction side, a scaffolding is provided. The insulated blind box and the window sill are included in the order volume. Please note that the construction works take place during the school's day-to-day operation. At all times, attention must be paid to matters of school organisation and persons. A demarcation of the construction site area is absolutely necessary and may not be interrupted at any time.
