Before an individual call, a rental contract planning on an hourly basis can be preceded. Accordingly, the participation and creation in the respective lease contract planning as well as in the respective tenant construction description is part of the planning services that are the subject of the order. The subject of this procurement procedure is a framework agreement on engineering and architectural services relating to the following services: - Object planning Buildings and interiors in accordance with § 34 HOAI - Object planning Open-air facilities in accordance with § 39 HOAI - Object planning Ing.- Buildings and facilities for sewage disposal in accordance with § 43 HOAI - Object planning Transport facilities in accordance with § 47 HOAI - Specialist planning Structural planning in accordance with § 51 HOAI - Specialist planning Technical equipment in accordance with § 55 HOAI - Consulting services Thermal protection, energy balance, building acoustics - Planning and consulting services for preventive, structural, plant-technical and organizational fire protection - collectively also called "general planning services". The call-up of the general planning services takes place in accordance with the provisions of the framework agreement in the form of projects, which are commissioned by the client separately from the contractor by means of an individual call-up ("individual order"). Before an individual call, a rental contract planning on an hourly basis can be preceded. Accordingly, the participation and creation in the respective lease contract planning as well as in the respective tenant construction description is part of the planning services that are the subject of the order. The respective supplementary project description, including the performance and planning objective(s), will be specified during the call-up of the project (individual order).
