The services are to be provided in the course of the repair of existing plants and in the case of new construction measures. The services of the framework contract are structured in the following trades: • preparatory work, including demolition and probing of ordnance • earthworks • construction of paved traffic areas (layer construction as a superstructure [concrete and asphalt], substructure and subsoil) • drainage installations • civil engineering work for supply and disposal installations • technical equipment The framework contract is intended as a unit price contract consisting of unit prices (if applicable, partial flat rates) on the basis of a list of services without a price sliding clause for materials and wages. The main works covered by the framework contract are: Civil engineering services: - Traffic and construction site safety measures - Construction and conversion/refurbishment of flight operations and traffic areas, other operating and storage areas as well as cable and drainage systems, - Construction of signage including foundations and lighting systems - Marking work on flight operations areas and operating roads - Early installation and dismantling of access control points (e.g. temporary construction site access points), - Construction of construction roads in different construction qualities, production of early construction conditions, e.g. early weather-dependent earthworks, - Demolition work on paved surfaces including disposal, - Dismantling and disposal of pipes, shafts and other drainage systems - Earthworks for topsoil, surface excavation and trench excavation including associated water retention - Trenchless pipe laying - Construction of free-mirrage and pressure pipework, in particular made of steel concrete, grey cast iron and plastic in shafts and fittings - Implementation of measurement services - Warfarfarfarfarfarfarfarfarming equipment and installations - Technical equipment for fireworks and installations
