The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste (including hazardous waste) from property owners and bus stops in the municipality of Piątnica in accordance with the provisions of the regulations, WPGO, u.u.c.p.g. and the Waste Act. The scope of the contract applies to all residential properties located in the municipality of Piątnica and public places where, in accordance with the Act, the contracting authority is obliged to maintain cleanliness and order (i.e., among others, properties owned by the Municipality of Piątnica - transport stops). … signed. The number of inhabited properties from which municipal waste will be collected may change during the execution of the Order. During the execution of the Order, the Ordering Party shall provide the Contractor with the information necessary for the proper performance of the Contract, in particular regarding changes in the number and location of inhabited properties covered by the obligation to collect waste. It will be the contractor's responsibility to perform the contract taking into account the above changes within the offered contract performance amount. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex 2 - Description of the subject-matter of the contract.
