… maintaining the purity of fountains located in parks outside the season of their operation, care of greenery around the gazebo and fountain and on the gazebo in the Youth Park, maintenance of cleanliness and order of the gazebo object in the Youth Park, 2. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract, together with a list of sites, is set out in Annex 11 to the tender specifications. 3. CPV Procurement Glossary: 77310000-6 - Planting services and maintenance of green spaces, 77314100-5 - Lawn services, 77211400-6 - Tree cutting services, 77211500-7 - Tree care services, 77312100-1 - Weeding services, − 77313000-7 - Park maintenance services, 50800000-3 - Various repair and maintenance services. 4. The Ordering Party does not reserve the obligation for the Contractor to perform the key parts of the service in person. 5. The Contracting Authority shall require the Contractor to provide a guarantee for the period of: • 3 months for planted annual flowering discount plants, • 12 months for planted perennials, • 36 months for planted trees and shrubs. 6. During the warranty, the Contractor is obliged to water the planted trees, bushes, perennials and annual discount plants with the frequency of watering depending on the prevailing weather conditions, ensuring humidity and preventing drying. 7. If the condition of planted plants is found during the assessment, the Contractor is obliged to replant them within the period agreed with the Ordering Party. 8. The warranty does not cover loss of plant life caused by acts of vandalism or mechanical damage caused by motor vehicles. VI. DATE OF COMPLETION OF THE CONTRACT 1. Deadline for performance of the contract: from 01/01/27 to 31/12/2027 2. In order to ensure the continuity of maintenance, care of urban park areas and maintenance of sidewalks adjacent to them, as own tasks of the Municipality of the City of Świdnica, the contracting authority envisages starting the deadline for the performance of the contract from 1 January 2027, i.e. after the end of the current contract.
