The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Art. 1 point. 1 of the Forests Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: OJ of Laws 2026, item 663 – ‘Forests Act’) covering work on forest breeding and protection to be carried out in the Runowo Forest District in 2026. The task consists in the assumption of surface and linear trees and includes activities in the field of: soil preparation, planting and protection of seedlings against game. Its implementation will also require the purchase by the Contractor of the necessary materials.
