Code according to the Common Procurement Vocabulary: CPV: 38341000-7– Radiation measuring apparatus 38344000-8 – Pollution monitoring device Reasons for not subdividing the contract into lots: Pursuant to Article 91(2) of the Public Procurement Act, the Contracting Authority shall indicate in the procurement documents the reasons for not splitting the contract into lots. The contracting authority analysed the possibility of dividing the contract into lots, taking into account technical, organisational, economic and teleological aspects. It was found that the subject of the contract – is not a divisible unit, i.e. it is not possible to purchase it in lots. The description of the minimum requirements of the subject of the contract determines its specific functionality and compatibility of individual components that are an integral part of it, and individual modules do not work independently. Division into lots would therefore not guarantee the proper performance of the subject-matter of the contract. The potential supplier must guarantee the correct operation of the whole set with all its components. To sum up, the Contracting Authority does not provide for the possibility of dividing this contract into lots, as such division could result in a restriction of competition, excessive technical difficulties or costs of performance of the contract or the need to coordinate the activities of different economic operators implementing individual lots, which could have a negative impact on the proper performance of the contract. Above all, however, a possible division of the contract into lots would not increase the involvement of contractors from the SME sector, as well as would not increase competitiveness in the procedure, while the size and value of the subject of the contract is in fact dedicated to contractors from the SME sector and resignation from it should contribute to increasing competitiveness between contractors. The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of submitting variant offers. The Ordering Party does not provide for: 1) the conclusion of a framework agreement; 2) the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Art. 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Act; 3) an on-site inspection or verification by the Contractor of the documents necessary for the performance of the contract, as referred to in Art. 2 of the Public Procurement Act; 4) selecting the most advantageous offer and using an electronic auction; 5) reimbursement of the costs of participation in the proceedings, subject to Article 261 of the Public Procurement Act; 6) requirements for employment on the basis of an employment relationship, in the circumstances referred to in Article 95 of the Public Procurement Act and requirements for the employment of persons referred to in Article 96 par. 2 point 2 of the Public Procurement Act; 7) reservations may
