Vehicle chassis, bodywork and brand new equipment. Chassis year not earlier than 2025. Engine power: min 400 hp. Compression ignition engine that meets the exhaust gas cleanliness standards required at the time of vehicle registration. If additional fluids are used to achieve the exhaust emission standard (e.g. AdBlue), there can be no reduction in engine torque in the absence of this measure. The engine of the car is to ensure at least continuous operation during 4 hours under normal operating conditions of the devices, while the vehicle is stationary, without refilling the coolant and lubricants. … the manufacturer. Basic engine operation should be possible without lifting the cab. It shall be possible to carry out daily engine maintenance without lifting the cab. Vehicle equipped with a gearbox: automatic or automated. The chassis of the vehicle shall meet at least the following conditions: Driving system - min 6x4 drive, with rear drive bridge differential lock. Rear axles with twin wheels. Tyres adapted to different weather conditions (multi-season). Full-dimensional spare wheel supplied with the vehicle. It is permissible not to fix the wheel on the vehicle. The year of production of tyres shall not be earlier than the year of production of the vehicle. Nominal tyre pressures permanently placed over the wheels and recorded in the technical book supplied with the vehicle. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is contained in Annex 2 to the ToR. I would like to inform you that it allows the use of equivalent materials, products or goods in procurement documents or other documents made available as part of the procedure the names of materials or goods with the indication of the manufacturer, trademarks, patents, origin, source or specific process characterizing specific products or services, or standards, approvals, specifications or systems. I would like to inform you that if the above cases are mentioned in the documentation, they should be treated as examples. However, the obligation to confirm the equivalence of the standard lies with the Contractor. Annex No 2 to the tender specification, completed by the Contractor, forms part of the tender and is not to be supplemented pursuant to Article 107(1)(b) CTMR. 2 of the Public Procurement Act. In the absence of the above-mentioned annex in the tender, such a tender shall be rejected pursuant to Article 226(1)(b) CTMR. Section 1(2)(c) of the Public Procurement Act. The subject of the contract should meet the following requirements: comply with all the characteristics set out in the EWS; b) be brand new (not used, not post-exhibition) and comply with applicable standards.
