The Ordering Party does not reserve the obligation of personal performance by the Contractor of key parts of the contract. 8. Rules on subcontracting: 8.1 The Ordering Party accepts the participation of subcontractors in the execution of the contract. 8.2 In the case of participation of subcontractors in the performance of the contract, the Ordering Party, in accordance with Art. 2 of the Public Procurement Act, requests that the Contractor indicate in the ,'s tender which performance it intends to entrust to subcontractors and that the Contractor provide the names of the subcontractors' companies, if they are already known. 8.3 Entrusting the performance of part of the contract to subcontractors does not release the Contractor from responsibility for the proper performance of the contract. 9. The contracting authority does not allow the conclusion of a framework contract. 14. The contracting authority does not provide for the selection of the most advantageous offer using an electronic auction. 15. The contracting authority does not provide for the submission of tenders in the form of electronic catalogues. 16. All costs relating to participation in the procedure, in particular the preparation and submission of the tender, shall be borne by the Contractor submitting the tender. The contracting authority does not provide for reimbursement of the costs of participation in the procedure. 17. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel this procedure on the basis of Article 257 of the Public Procurement Act if the funds it intended to allocate to the performance of the contract are not granted to it in whole or in part. The contracting authority is entitled to cancel the procedure on the above-mentioned grounds at any stage of the procedure and in relation to selected parts of the contract. The contracting authority retains the right to cancel the procedure on the above-mentioned grounds when it receives unambiguous information that it has not been granted funds for the performance of the contract.
