Vulture-Szarzyński. The detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract shall be as follows: description and technical standards of performance of the subject of the contract - Annex 1 to the ToR; draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 2 to the ToR. Price form constituting Annex 3 to the ToR. (2) Obligations under social clause 1. In the procedure in question, the contracting authority applies the social clause pursuant to Article 95(1)(b) CTMR. 1 of the Public Procurement Act. 2. The obligations arising from the social clause are described in par. 15 draft provisions of the agreement (PPU) constituting Annex 2 to the ToR.
