… two Devices. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, hereinafter referred to as SOPZ, is attached as Appendix 1 to the Terms and Conditions. · 1. The subject of the Order is: 1) Purchase of a 20-month Subscription for backup software along with the provision by the Contractor of Devices necessary for the proper operation of the solution, as well as the execution of installation, configuration, integration, commissioning, tests, training, transfer of documentation and provision of Manufacturer Support. The solution shall include at least two backup devices, including a device providing AIR-GAP functionality; 2) After the end of the 20-month Subscription period, the Ordering Party will be entitled to exercise the option referred to in Article 441 of the Public Procurement Law Act of 11 September 2019, consisting in the acquisition of ownership of one or both Devices made available by the Contractor under the Subscription, under the terms set out in the Agreement.
