Lot 1 is concluded without a minimum amount but with a maximum order amount over the total duration of the public contract of EUR 130 000 (excluding VAT). Lot 2 is concluded without a minimum amount but with a maximum order amount over the total duration of the public contract of EUR 150 000 (excluding VAT). The framework agreements resulting from this consultation are concluded for an initial period of 12 months from the date of notification. At the end of this first contractual period, they will be tacitly renewable three times for each further 12-month period. In the event that Constructys decides not to renew the public contract, it informs the Holder via Constructys' public procurement dematerialization platform at the latest 2 months before the expiry of the current contractual period. The Holder may not waive the renewal decided by Constructys.
