What the buyer is looking for
The purpose of the multi-awarded framework agreement, with order forms and subsequent contracts, is to carry out masonry and second-works work on the entire GPA platform, in particular: Plastering and masonry, Tiles, earthenware, Façade plasters, Strands, slabs, Construction and modification of reinforced concrete works, Associated carpentry work, Preparatory work, occasional removals and demolitions, Installation of fences. These services concern both curative interventions, intended to maintain, repair or restore existing structures, as well as operations of new works, development, extension or creation of infrastructure necessary for the evolution and development of the airport platform. … the GPA. Mini annual: 400 000 €HT / annual maximum: 2 500 000 €HT. The order forms will be distributed/allocated between the first two (2) holders appointed in the bidding phase. From €40 000 onwards, requirements will be the subject of subsequent contracts. Subsequent contracts will be put into competition between these two holders of the framework agreement, which is a party to the order forms; and the third (3rd) and fourth (4th) holders of the framework agreement.
