The planned measure thus closes the gap between the two district roads and improves existing traffic conditions. Another important function of the road is the traffic connection of the planned hospital in the area Brachfeld of the city of Achern to Morezstraße. This call for tenders (part 3) includes the construction of the Nordtangente (approx. from construction km 0-140 to 0+580) including the intersection Ambros-Nehren Straße and the infrastructure road K 5309 as well as the construction of the five-armed roundabout as a junction of the L87a and the entire connection point to the B3. The L87a roundabout also includes the connection to the Sasbach industrial area (Axis 4). A roundabout is planned at the junction of the Nordtangente with the L87a. For this reason, the road is widened immediately before or after the roundabout. The road area is extended on both sides.
