… only to determine the value of the contract and does not constitute an obligation for the Ordering Party to purchase electricity in the given quantities. The amount of energy purchased may change ±30% depending on the needs of the Ordering Party. If deliveries are made to a lesser extent, i.e. a non-exhaustive amount of electricity indicated in Annex 1.2 to the tender specifications, the Contractor shall not be entitled to any claims against the Ordering Party in this respect. 3. The contracting authority has a biogas unit MEB1 with a capacity of 0.450 MW connected to the EPP site ‘Urban Waste Storage Facility Connection I’ and a biogas unit MEB2 with a capacity of 0.505 kW connected to the EPP site ‘Urban Waste Storage Facility Connection II’. Both biogas generation units will work interchangeably, and the Ordering Party will make every effort to ensure that the production of energy from RES in these units is a continuous and reliable process, in the 24/7/365 mode. It is estimated that the total amount of energy from biogas to be repurchased in the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027 will amount to 3284,900 MWh. The distribution of the amount of energy produced per month of the year is presented in Annex 1.3 to the ToR: The amount of excess energy from biogas units. 4. The Ordering Party shall conclude a contract for the repurchase of Electricity generated in biogas sources MEB1 and MEB2 referred to in paragraph 3. on the model contract proposed by the Contractor. (a) In the settlement for the repurchase of the entire surplus Electricity generated from biogas only in installations of the Renewable Energy Source, the model is used: N = EOSD * (CTGE -|10% * CTGE|) where: N – net receivable for Electricity sold in a given Settlement Period [PLN] EOSD – amount of Electricity sold by the Seller to the Buyer in a given Settlement Period [MWh] CTGE – price determined on the basis of the arithmetic mean of all Fixing I prices listed on the Day-Ahead Market operated by Towarowa Giełda Energii S.A. in a given Settlement Period, [PLN/MWh]. b) In the settlement for Commercial Balancing, the Ordering Party is obliged to pay to the Contractor a unit price of CBH in the amount of not more than PLN 8.00 (eight PLN, 00/100) net for each 1 MWh of Electricity sold to the Contractor CBH – unit price for Commercial Balancing [PLN/MWh]. 5. In connection with the base connection attached to the EPP point ‘Basic Football Stadium’, a small PV installation with a capacity of 280 kWp, the contractor providing the energy supply service will also be required to repurchase all surplus energy generated in that installation and fed into the network, and to provide a commercial balancing service for that energy. The cost of Commercial Balancing of Electricity generated in the PV installation is covered by the Contractor. It is estimated that the total amount of energy from the PV installation intended for repurchase in the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027 will amount to 40.148 MWh. The distribution of the amount of energy produced per month of the year is presented in Annex 1.4 to the ToR: The amount of surplus energy from the PV installation. Repurchase of energy input
