The visualization presented must have a high level of detail and reflect the actual location conditions of the object (i.e. take into account the dimensions, color of the walls and floor). In accordance with the provisions of Chapter XIV of the ToR, as well as in order to confirm that the services offered meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order, constituting Appendix No. 1 to the ToR. The Ordering Party reserves that the presentation submitted for the purposes of the assessment in criterion (W) specified in point (a) above is not subject to supplementation. 2. The contracting authority shall require that the subject-matter of the contract offered, including all ICT products, ICT services and ICT processes used to perform the contract, does not include: 1) ICT products, ICT services or ICT processes indicated in the recommendation referred to in Art. 4 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the National Cybersecurity System (Dz. of Laws 2026, item 20 and 252), establishing their negative impact on the essential security interest of the State, 2) an ICT product, the type of which has been specified in the decision on the recognition of the supplier as a high-risk supplier referred to in Article 67b para. 15 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, or ICT service, or ICT process, specified in this decision. If the Contractor offers the solution referred to in point 1) or 2) above, the tender will be subject to rejection pursuant to Art. 1 point 17) or point 19) of the Public Procurement Act. 5. Deadline for performance of the contract: The event (ESA technician) will take place on 23 November 2026. Detailed information on the deadlines for the implementation of individual elements of the contract is indicated in § 3 sec. 2 of Annex 5 to the Model Contract Terms and Conditions. 6. The contracting authority does not allow the possibility of conducting negotiations in order to improve the content of tenders submitted in response to the contract notice. 7.
