… maintaining cleanliness and order in the Rajcza Commune adopted by Resolution No XXIV/154/2020 of 6 July 2020 and Resolution No LXIV/422/2023 of the Rajcza Commune Council of 31 March 2023 regarding the amendment of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Rajcza Commune. Mixed municipal waste, bio-waste and sorting residues intended for disposal, in accordance with applicable law. 4) The detailed scope of the subject of this contract is specified in Annex 9 – Description of the subject of the contract. 5) The Ordering Party requires employment by the Contractor or subcontractor(s), on the basis of the employment relationship of persons performing directly technical activities during the performance of the contract in the field of collection, loading and export of waste, qualified as drivers of vehicles and manual workers. The manner in which the contracting authority verified the employment of the employees referred to above and its powers of control in this respect were specified in the public procurement contract, the model of which is attached as Annex 8 to the tender specification.
