… contract, and a part treated in the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders. The ‘ordinary contract’ part concerns the following services: Maintenance and works of the lifts. The part "framework agreement with order forms" corresponds to a framework agreement with a maximum, concluded pursuant to the Public Procurement Code, which lays down the conditions for performance of the services and is executed as and when order forms are issued. It concerns the following services: Repairs without full maintenance. The amount of benefits for the initial period of the framework agreement is defined as follows: € 700 000,00 excl. tax. The amounts will be the same for each renewal period. The maximum total number of orders for all periods is therefore defined as follows: € 2 800 000,00 excl. tax. The estimated maximum value of the requirement for the entire duration of the contract, for both parties combined, is EUR 3 600 000.00. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 1 year. The services will be performed from 01/01/2027 to 31/12/2027. For the "ordinary contract" part, performance of the services starts from the date fixed by the contract, serving as the order to start the services. For the ‘framework agreement with order forms’ part, the time limits for performance or delivery of the services shall be fixed for each order form in accordance with the provisions of the parts of the framework agreement. The Framework Agreement shall be tacitly renewed until its end. The number of renewal periods is set at 3. The duration of each renewal period is 1 year. The maximum duration of the contract, for all periods, is 4 years.
