What the buyer is looking for
The purpose of this framework agreement is to take over plaster waste and its derivatives collected from its waste disposal sites in the Greater Reims Urban Community, with a view to their material recovery. The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders under the conditions laid down in Articles R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. It will be concluded with a single economic operator. It is concluded without a minimum but with a maximum financial amount over the total duration of the framework agreement of EUR 1 200 000 net of tax. Any order for non-EQD services worth BPU, catalogue or price list, will give rise to the conclusion of subsequent contracts under the conditions set out in Articles R.2162-7 to R.2162-9 of the Public Order Code. … Contractor will be asked electronically to provide a detailed estimate and any requested documents within the time limits indicated to him. The characteristics of the supplies and the arrangements for performing the services not defined by this framework agreement will be specified in the content of subsequent contracts (estimates). The holder of the framework agreement must respond to each request from the public buyer within the time limit specified in each subsequent contract (quotation) or indicate in writing the reasons preventing them from responding to it.
