What the buyer is looking for

The purpose of this document concerns the treatment of residual household waste from the Guignen transfer dock that cannot be treated by the energy recovery unit of the Syndicat de Tri Traitement, Transition écologique et circulaire (S3T’ec) or those of its cooperants pending the commissioning of the future energy recovery unit of the S3T’ec by the 1st half of 2029. The need for treatment of household waste is estimated between 2000 T in normal operation and 5000 T in degraded mode. This service does not include transport operations that will be carried out by other S3T’ec providers. Holders of the framework agreement will have to treat household waste collected on the territory of the trade union in coordination with the various providers, including those responsible for transport.
