The subject of the contract is a service covering the collection and management of municipal waste generated and collected on all properties where residents live, located within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of Košice, including parishes: Przemyków, Rachwałowice, Filipowice, Piotrowice, Książnice Wielkie, Morsko, Witów, Włostowice, Biskupice, Jankowice, Książnice Małe, Malkowice, Siedliska, Sokołowice, Łapszów, Jaksice, Dolany Modrzany, Zagaje Książnickie, Miasto Koszyce in a way that ensures the provision of services in accordance with the principles of rational waste management and, above all, in compliance with the waste hierarchy referred to in the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste, with particular emphasis on the effects of separate waste collection.
