… inspections, maintenance along with spare parts and materials needed to make them, d) degradation of the software along with configuration of the system, if necessary, in consultation with the Ordering Party. 2) The Contractor shall submit to the Ordering Party for acceptance a schedule of inspections (i.e. months during which inspections will be carried out), within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. 3) Agreed specific review dates will be communicated in writing by e-mail. 4) The Contractor will be obliged to proceed with the review in accordance with the schedule. 5) The Contractor will be obliged to dispose of the removed elements in accordance with applicable regulations. 6) The Contractor will be obliged to guarantee the availability of parts for a period of 24 months from the date of conclusion of the contract. 7) The Contractor will be obliged to perform the subject of the contract at the seat of the Ordering Party. 8) If it is necessary to carry out an inspection/repair outside the seat of the Ordering Party, the Contractor will be obliged to transport the equipment to its seat at his own expense and risk. Transport of the equipment from the inspection/repair site to the premises of the Ordering Party will be carried out at the expense and risk of the Contractor. 9) After the inspection/repair, the Contractor will be obliged to issue a paper document allowing the apparatus for further use and to make the required entries in the technical documentation of the medical apparatus. 10) Service response - commencement of corrective actions within 24 hours from the notification of the failure (applies to working days) 4. Review requirements 1) The Contractor undertakes to review: a) in accordance with applicable regulations, b) in accordance with the requirements of the manufacturer of medical equipment, c) in an active facility in a way that allows its functioning and does not cause disturbances and excessive nuisance. 2) The Contractor shall submit to the Ordering Party for acceptance a schedule of inspections (i.e. months during which inspections will be carried out), within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. 3) If it is found necessary to repair / replace parts, the Contractor shall ensure its performance within 14 days on the basis of a separately issued offer 4) The Contractor will be obliged to perform the subject of the contract at the premises of the Ordering Party. 5) If it is necessary to carry out the inspection outside the seat of the Ordering Party, the Contractor will be obliged to transport the equipment to its seat at his own expense and risk. Transport of the equipment from the inspection site to the premises of the Ordering Party will be carried out at the expense and risk of the Contractor. 6) After the review, the Contractor will be obliged to issue a paper document allowing the apparatus for further use and make the required entries in the technical documentation of the medical apparatus. 5. The contracting authority shall allow the submission of equivalent tenders with parameters no worse or better than those specified by the contracting authority if it could be apparent from the description of the subject-matter of the contract that the subject-matter of the contract was determined by the indication of the trade mark, patent or origin.
