… separately collected waste are provided by the Contractor, • containers for the collection of waste separately collected in designated places near multi-site properties where municipal waste is generated are provided by the Contractor. • containers and bags should comply with the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister for Climate and the Environment of 10 May 2021 on the method of separate collection of selected waste fractions (Journal of Laws 2021. 906). Estimated amount of municipal waste to be collected over the whole duration of the contract: - Mixed waste: - 700 0000 Mg. - Separately collected waste: • paper – 140,0000 Mg, • glass – 200,0000 Mg, • plastics and multi-material packaging and metals – 200,0000 Mg, • biodegradable waste – 70,0000 Mg, • ash from household furnaces – 420,0000 Mg, • multi-size waste – 140,0000 Mg, • used electronic and electrical equipment – 50,0000 Mg, • tyres – 20,0000 Mg, • construction and demolition waste from waste code group 17 – 80,0000 Mg, • waste: varnishes, adhesives, solvents, acids, plant protection products, resins, cleaning products, detergents, wood preservatives, toners, fluorescent lamps and other mercury-containing waste (including mercury thermometers), expired medicines and chemicals, waste ineligible for household medical waste as a result of the intake of medicinal products in the form of injection and monitoring of the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes, expired medicines - 2,0000 Mg, • waste from textiles and clothing - 10,0000 Mg, Due to the nature of the contract, it is not possible to determine the exact amount of municipal waste covered by the subject matter of the contract. For this reason, the Contracting Authority provided an estimate of the amount of municipal waste to be collected. The contracting authority anticipates that the actual amount of municipal waste may change, i.e. increase or decrease while maintaining unit prices. In the light of the above, the Contractor must, when submitting his tender, accept the estimated amount of municipal waste to be collected during the entire period of the contract. 1.2 Detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract in Annex 1 to the tender specifications and in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract constituting Annex 2 to the tender specifications.
