For the purpose of calculating the value of the offer, the starting point of the entire loan should be set at 01.12.2026. The maximum starting point of the loan will be 30.12.2026. 30.12.2039 3. The capital will be repaid between 2027 and 2039 in the following amounts: 1) in 2027 PLN 500 000.00, 2) in 2028 PLN 500 000.00, 3) in 2029 PLN 1 000 000.00, 4) in 2030 PLN 1 000 000.00 5) in 2031 PLN 1 000 000.00 6) in 2032 PLN 1 000 000.00, 7) in 2033 PLN 1 000 000.00 8) in 2034 PLN 1 000 000.00, 9) in 2035 PLN 1 000 000.00, 10) in 2036 PLN 1 000 000.00, 12) in 2037 PLN 1 000 000.00 13) in 2038 PLN 1 000 000.00, 14) in 2039 PLN 1 000 000.00. 6. Loan installments in each year payable in semi-annual periods payable in the amount of 50% of the annual amount on 30.06 and 30.12 of the given year. 7. The District of Nysa reserves the right to use the incomplete amount of the loan. The Contractor will not charge any additional fees, commissions or other costs. 8. The loan interest rate calculated on the basis of the base rate - WIBOR 3M quoted on the day preceding the next interest period, published on the contractor's information services +/- margin (if there are no WIBOR 3M quotations on the last day preceding the interest period, the rate of the next day on which the quotations took place is assumed). The interest rate is given and calculated on an annual basis.
