In addition, during the term of the framework agreement, HOGENT may also order other surveying devices and accessories for topographic measurements from the contractor's product range that are not explicitly described in these specifications. Its price will be determined on the basis of the list price/basic price applicable to that appliance at the time of ordering, minus the fixed overall discount percentage indicated in the tender (and any additional discounts where applicable).
