… contract planned during the contract period is: 16 573 314 kWh according to Annex 1a to the SWZ, 1.2. Part II concerns PPG settled according to the prices of the competitive market and in the part settled according to the tariff price approved by the President of the ERO, the volume of the order according to the planned during the contract is: 3 416 882 kWh according to Annex 1b to the SWZ 2. The total estimated volume of the order during the delivery period is 19 990 196 kWh, to the facilities listed in Annex 1 to the FTZ. 3. Ordering party, i.e. The Municipality of Pszczyna conducts the tendering procedure in question pursuant to Article 38 of the PPL.
