The Contractor is obliged to deliver the subject of the contract to the indicated place and to carry out trial tests at his own expense. 4) Detailed requirements and technical parameters of the subject of the contract are specified in the Technical Specification constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ. 5) Other information is contained in Chapter 3 of the SWZ.
