… applicable provisions of national law and local law. 1.2. The service referred to in point 1 consists in particular of: collection of municipal waste from the owners of real estate, arising from residential and partly residential and partly uninhabited real estate, uninhabited real estate on which cottages are located, or other real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes from the area of Drawsko Pomorskie commune and transport to the Station of the following types of waste: 1) unsorted (mixed) municipal waste; 2) municipal waste separately collected in the form of packaging from paper and cardboard and paper and cardboard; 3) municipal waste separately collected in the form of glass and glass packaging; municipal waste separately collected in the form of plastic packaging, plastic packaging, metal packaging, metal packaging and multi-material packaging; (5) separately collected biodegradable municipal waste; 6) furniture and bulky waste; 7) textiles; 1.3. updating PGO data, 1.4. equipping PGO with containers for collecting municipal waste, with the correct color and marking, and ensuring that the containers are maintained in proper technical condition; 1.5. equipping PGO with bags for collecting municipal waste, with the correct color and marking; 1.6. placing containers for textile waste on the premises of the Municipal Services Department in Drawsko Pomorskie, at ul. Jan Sobieski 8, and waste transport (waste code: 20 01 11) from containers exclusively to the Transhipment Station in Mielenko Drawski, subject to the following conditions: 1) containers destined for textile waste must be made in a uniform coloir, other than green, blue, yellow or brown. They shall be marked ‘CLOTHING AND TEXTILES’ on both longer sides and shall be corrosion-free, clean, in good working and sanitary condition. 2) containers must remain permanently available at the location indicated by the Ordering Party. If it is necessary to remove them temporarily (e.g. for emptying or replacement), the period of their absence may not exceed 4 hours. The contractor is obliged to immediately return the containers to the site, in a non-deteriorated state, no later than after the completion of the necessary activities. 3) waste collection will be carried out on the basis of a notification made by the Ordering Party by phone or electronic means (e-mail), within no longer than 2 working days from the date of receipt of the notification. 1.7. development of Permanent Schedules for the reception of municipal waste 1.8. keeping documentation related to the subject of the contract. 2. The detailed scope of services is described in Annexes 11, 11a, 11c, 11d, 11e to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract.
