With the integration of new municipalities in recent years, the union has seen its workforce increase, requiring more adapted infrastructure. This is the case for the CTS premises. Indeed, the current CTS premises have several malfunctions. The building is not scalable, the premises cannot accommodate the new skills and the increase in staff. The current organization is not functional. The spaces are not comfortable, not very bright, have poor insulation and are therefore not suitable for work practices. It is in this context that the SIARP wishes to demolish the existing and rebuild a new building showcase of these activities, with workspaces in compliance with regulations and ergonomics while developing environmental themes
