The subject-matter of this contract is the comprehensive supply of electricity together with the settlement of renewable energy (PV installation), i.e. the supply of energy with a distribution service and the settlement of energy produced in renewable energy for facilities listed in Annex 1 to the FTZ – description of the subject-matter of the contract. Electricity demand in the period 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2029 is: 2 128 749 kWh (basic order). 4.2. The detailed scope of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to the FTZ, in accordance with the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997. … of 8 December 2017 and in accordance with the implementing provisions issued to those acts, in particular the customer service quality standards set out in the Regulation of the Minister for Climate and the Environment of 9 September 2023 amending the Regulation on the method of shaping and calculating tariffs and the method of settlement in electricity trading, the Regulation of the Minister for Climate and the Environment of 22 March 2023 on detailed conditions for the operation of the electricity system. The above provisions concern the method of calculation, settlement and quality parameters of the electricity supplied.
