… for waste after pasteurization, 4) a odorous air filter, 5) a car scale, 6) installations constituting equipment for facilities, in particular: a) installations for the transport of waste, b) installations for emptying waste drums, c) installations for emptying pallet-containers with waste, d) installations for a suction hose with a basket, e) installations for washing/rinsing equipment, fittings and pipelines with hot water under pressure, f) installations for washing/rinsing equipment, fittings and pipelines with cold water under pressure, g) installations for dispensing chemicals for dissolving fats, h) water supply installations, i) technological water installations, j) sanitary and rainwater sewage installations , k) , process heat installation using energy from cogeneration and reserve installation, l) general electrical installations, including, among others, power supply, external, internal, emergency, etc. m) CCTV installations, SSWIN and access control (SKD), n) fire switch installation, o) monitoring installation, 7) technological electrical installations and automation and AKPiA, 8) expansion of the existing SYNDIS RV energy visualization system, 9) expansion of the existing EcoStruxure v. 3.2., 10) complete internal road and manoeuvring area systems, together with the connection with the existing communication system, 11) other facilities, devices and installations necessary for the proper implementation of the subject of the Agreement. 1.3. The scope of works also includes the execution of all temporary and accompanying works and supplies and services necessary to achieve the purpose of the investment and its proper functioning, even if they are not expressly indicated in paragraph. 3 of this paragraph. 1.4. As part of the performance of the subject of the Contract, the Contractor is also obliged to: 1) obtaining a decision on a permit for use, 2) performing author's supervision, 3) ensuring archaeological and sapper's supervision - to the extent required by law or conditions for the implementation of works. 2. Detailed requirements of the Ordering Party regarding the subject of the contract were included in the Description of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex 1 to the FTZ, i.e. Functional and Utility Programme ‘Design and construction of a building for the preparation of biodegradable waste for the co-fermentation process in WKF, together with tanks and associated infrastructure and the start-up of the process in the Wrocław Wastewater Treatment Plant, on plots with the following number: 2/12; 2/15; a.m. 7 area 026401_1.0043 Pracze Odrzańskie, the city of Wrocław, developed by E.CORAX Sp. z o.o.. 09.2023, annexed to the Agreement. The Functional and Utility Programme takes into account the changes and additions made by the Contracting Authority prior to the initiation of the public procurement procedure, aimed at adapting the scope of the investment to the current needs and requirements of the procedure.
