… environment, processes, configuration and organizational and technical conditions of the Ordering Party, the disclosure of which could violate the principles of information security or the interests of the Ordering Party. In view of the above, the Contractor interested in obtaining a pre-implementation analysis is obliged to apply to the Contracting Authority for it to be made available. The pre-implementation analysis is made available after the conclusion of a data and information confidentiality agreement. The model non-disclosure agreement is attached as Annex 12 to the FTZ.
