Thermal modernisation of the building (B-35): 35. District Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Strzyżów – Administrative and Garage Building of the Headquarters, ul. Sports 20, 38-100 Strzyżów; The subject of the contract is: a) Development of design documentation: Inventory of the facility. Execution of a comprehensive (multi-industry) inventory, Construction project. Development of a multi-industry project, in accordance with the provisions of the Construction Law and the relevant regulations, Technical-Executive Project. Development of multi-industry technical design, execution and measurements, investor's cost estimates, technical specifications of execution and acceptance of works, BIOZ plan. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 1 to the FTZ. The Ordering Party shall not request the submission of such means of proof with the tender to confirm the compliance of the services offered with the requirements specified in the description of the subject of the contract/description of the criteria for the evaluation of tenders/requirements related to the performance of the contract. The contracting authority allows the possibility of carrying out a on-site visit before submitting a tender. In order to arrange an on-site visit, you should contact the customer. A protocol will be drawn up from the on-site visit. Pursuant to Article 257 of the Act, the Contracting Authority may cancel the procurement procedure if the funds that the contracting authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been granted to it and the possibility of cancelling the procedure on this basis has been provided for in the contract notice. The provisions of the contract are included in Annex 5 to the FTZ. The possibility of amending the contract and the terms of the amendment are included in Annex 5 to the FTZ. Time limit for performance of the contract: 100 days from the date of signing the contract.
