… 3) part III - non-cash purchase (we allow non-cash transactions using fuel cards) of unleaded petrol meeting the requirements of PN-EN 228 standard, made directly at the Contractor's point of sale (fuel station), located in the city of Starogard Gdański (open min. from Monday to Saturday from min. 06:00 to 16:00) in the amount of 8 m³. Refueling will be carried out successively to the canisters of the Ordering Party at the Contractor's petrol station. 2. The volume of monthly deliveries and the cycle of partial deliveries, the date and type of fuel (depending on weather conditions, in the case of forecasted temperature drops below -20°C, the Ordering Party will require the delivery of fuel with increased parameters, the so-called. ‘Arctic’, for which the cold filter locking temperature in winter is -32°C, in accordance with the PN-EN 590 standard and the Regulation of the Minister for Climate and the Environment of 26 June 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal Journal of Laws 2024, item 1018 as amended)), will be each time determined by the Ordering Party by e-mail, no later than 48 hours before the date of delivery to the Ordering Party's warehouse: 1) diesel fuel in the amount of 18-21m ³; 2) light fuel oil in the amount of 1m ³. 3. The above amounts of diesel oil and light fuel oil may change depending on the needs of the Ordering Party within ± 20% of the given amount. 4. For each fuel delivery, a certified fuel quality certificate must be provided for proof of issue marked with a number, from the manufacturer concerned or made by an authorised laboratory (or a copy thereof, which may be generated in the form of an electronic printout containing the name of the authorised person). In addition, the certificate must: 1) comply with the fuel qualification; 2) contain basic data characterizing the fuel supplied; 3. be provided with the date and control number of the test; 4) made not earlier than 7 days before delivery; 5) written in Polish or translated into Polish. 5. In the case of non-cash purchase of gasoline, the Ordering Party shall refrain from the need to submit a quality certificate. 6. At each partial delivery (applies to parts I and II) a fuel sample may be taken from the tanker for laboratory analysis in an accredited laboratory (applies to a possible complaint). The sample taken shall be in two identical, marked and sealed containers, one for the Contractor and one for the Ordering Party. Sample containers shall be supplied by the Contractor. 7. In the event of a circumstance confirming the fact that the fuel quality does not meet the PN-EN 228 standard (applies to retail purchases - part III), the Ordering Party shall submit an appropriate complaint in accordance with the Contractor's procedure.
