The aim of the project is to record the influence of invasive predator species on the occurrence of particularly and strictly protected amphibian species in the western part of Saxony-Anhalt between Oschersleben in the southeast and Harbke in the northwest. The performance includes the recording of the entire amphibian inventory as well as the predators present at the spawning waters (in particular: Raccoon) on a total of at least 3 inspection dates. It also includes an assessment of the conservation status of the populations of species listed in Annexes II and IV to the Habitats Directive and the documentation of the results. The subject of this tender procedure is the recording of amphibians in 2028 in a total of about 4 measuring table sheets. … for the investigations (hereinafter referred to as UG) is located in the western part of Saxony-Anhalt between Oschersleben in the southeast and Harbke in the northwest. In the north it is roughly bounded by the course of the BAB 2. The UG covers a total area of approximately 489.92 km2, which corresponds to an area of approximately 3.85 full measuring table sheets (on average 127.3 km2/MTB). It is divided into two spatial lots, namely: 2.1.1 Lot 1 – Between Harbke and Wulferstedt The UG is located on the western border of Saxony-Anhalt between Harbke in the north and Wulferstedt in the southeast and covers a total area of approximately 235.82 km2, which corresponds to an area of approximately 1.85 full measuring tables (on average 127.3 km2/MTB). 2.1.2 Lot 2 – Between Eilsleben and Oschersleben The UG contains the two measuring tables Seehausen (3833) and Oschersleben (Bode; 3933) south of BAB 2 and covers a total area of approximately 254.10 km2, which corresponds to an area of 2 full measuring table sheets (on average 127.3 km2/MTB). Note: Surcharge limitation There is a lot limitation in the form of the surcharge limitation for the lot award. A contract will then be awarded for a maximum of one lot per tenderer. Tenderers may submit tenders for one or more lots. If a tenderer applies for several lots but only wishes to be awarded a certain number of lots which are not covered by the limitation on the award of the contract, he must expressly state this by submitting a tender. The tenderer must establish a sequential order of priority in the form of an additional annex to the tender (without form). The evaluation takes place in the following steps: 1. For each lot, the most economical offer will be determined. 2. If a tenderer has submitted the most economical tender for more lots than the number of lots that can be awarded to him as a result of the lot limitation, the order of priority communicated by the tenderer shall determine the lots for which he will be awarded the contract. 3. In the case of lots for which this tenderer does not win a contract due to the lot limitation, the tender with the second most economical value will be awarded the contract, provided that each tenderer has not already exhausted the quota in accordance with the lot limitation, etc. The latter also applies if the tenderer has taken a higher priority for a ‘released’ lot than for the lots awarded to him from the first round. 4. In the event that lots cannot be awarded due to a lack of sufficient bidders remaining in the evaluation, the lot limitation can be lifted by the client. As a result, more than two lots may be allocated to a tenderer. Only tenderers who have applied for the remaining lots will be eligible for this redistribution of lots. The distribution is carried out according to points 1 to 3 above. If a tenderer refuses to participate in this redistribution, he must expressly state this by submitting a tender.
