La UPV pretende construir un edificio de 4 alturas que albergue los laboratorios pesados de Ingeniería Hidráulica e Ingeniería Portuaria, así como la sede y dependencias del Instituto de Ingeniería del Agua y del Medio Ambiente en el campus de Vera, en una parcela edificable recayente al paseo José Saramago. Para realizar la licitación de esta obra es imprescindible disponer de un proyecto básico y de ejecución. El objeto de esta licitación es la elaboración de un proyecto básico y de ejecución cuyo contenido comprenderá todos los documentos exigidos en el Ley de Contratos del Sector Público.
