Кандидатите следва да разполагат с валиден документ - разрешение, удостоверение или друг подходящ, позволяващ производство на лекарствени продукти, издаден по реда на Закона за лекарствените продукти в хуманната медицина /ЗЛПХМ/ (в случаите по чл. 196, ал. 1 от ЗЛПХМ) и/или валиден документ - разрешение, удостоверение или друг подходящ, позволяващ търговия на едро с лекарствени продукти (чл. 195 от ЗЛПХМ), или разрешение за внос (чл. 196, ал. 2 от ЗЛПХМ). Участниците - чуждестранни лица следва да разполагат с еквивалентен документ, издаден от регулаторен орган на държава - членка на Европейския съюз, или държава - страна по Споразумението за Европейското икономическо пространство. При подаване на заявлението кандидатът декларира съответствието с това условие с попълване на съответната графа на образеца на ЕЕДОП, Част IV. „Критерии за подбор”, буква А: „Годност”, поле: „Вписване в съответен професионален регистър“. Доказване: Преди сключване на договор за обществена поръчка, Възложителят ще изиска от участника, избран за изпълнител, да представи копие на валиден документ - разрешение, удостоверение или друг подходящ, позволяващ производство, издаден по реда на ЗЛПХМ (в случаите по чл. 196, ал. 1 от ЗЛПХМ) и/или търговия на едро с лекарствени продукти или разрешение за внос (в случаите по чл. 195 или чл.196, ал. 2 от ЗЛПХМ). При подаване на заявлението кандидатът декларира обстоятелството, като попълва еЕЕДОП в Част IV „Критерии за подбор“, А: „Годност“, поле: „Вписване в съответен професионален регистър“. Minimum turnover in the contract field

Възложителят изисква кандидатите да са реализирали минимален общ оборот от продажба на лекарствени продукти за последните три приключили финансови години, който тригодишен оборот следва да е в размер на 300 000,00 евро. Съгласно чл. 62, ал. 3 от ЗОП, информацията може да обхваща и по-кратък период в зависимост от датата, на която участникът е създаден или е започнал дейността си. При подаване на заявлението кандидатът декларира съответствие с поставения критерий, като попълва част IV, раздел Б „Икономическо и финансово състояние“, поле „конкретен годишен оборот“ от ЕЕДОП. Доказване: Документи за доказване (представят се само при условията на чл. 67, ал. 5 и 112, ал. 1, т. 2 от ЗОП): - Справка за оборота в сферата, попадаща в обхвата на поръчката за последните 3 (три) приключили финансови години, в зависимост от датата на която участникът е учреден или е започнал дейността си; или - Копия на годишните финансови отчети или техни съставни части, когато публикуването им се изисква от законодатеството на държавата, в която участникът е установен.
