Es objeto del presente Pliego definir las prescripciones técnicas para la contratación del suministro de combustibles de automoción para todos los vehículos (incluso ciclomotores y motocicletas) y maquinarias del Parque Móvil Municipal. Los principios que se persiguen con la presente contratación son - Conseguir el máximo ahorro económico en el precio de compra por litro de carburantes o combustibles suministrado al Ayuntamiento. - Mejorar la prestación del servicio de repostaje o recarga. - Mejorar los mecanismos de información y control a través de la facturación. - Conseguir el suministro mediante tarjeta de control de banda magnética o sistema similar. La empresa adjudicataria deberá garantizar al menos el suministro de los siguientes tipos de combustibles Gasolina sin plomo 95º - 98º octanos. Gasóleo de automoción, clase A y B. Serán suministrados igualmente por el contratista los lubricantes para motocicletas y ciclomotores del Parque Móvil Municipal que el repostaje ordinario de los mismos precise. El precio del lubricante tendrá el mismo porcentaje de descuento que el ofertado para el litro de combustibles del vehículo a que se destine.
