The Assignment includes the delivery, implementation and support of a new Energy Management System (EnMS) for Leiden University. A well-functioning Energy Registration and Monitoring System (EBS) is an integral part of the EnMS solution. For most of the buildings, an EBS is required by law. The EnMS solution must therefore comply with the applicable guidelines as established by the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO). With this tender, the Client aims to have a scalable, future-proof and securely equipped SaaS solution that unlocks reliable energy information and provides support with legal obligations, financial processes and sustainability objectives. The EnMS acts as the Client's primary system for long-term storage, management and analysis of energy data. The Client wishes to be able to purchase modules and dashboards separately and optionally, depending on their use, during the term of the Agreement. Whether or not part 3 is offered in full does not constitute a ground for exclusion. However, the extent to which the functionality of the requested modules and/or dashboards is offered is involved in the quality assessment of the tender.
